This kit starts with a special strategy to support caregivers. We’ll help you learn to Relax into your work. You’ll receive a calendar and 7 days of activities to do together with the person you care for. Each one is designed to improve physical, mental and brain health while having fun. You’ll also get most of the supplies you need including a homemade fruit crisp topping mix.
