The Resiliency packs go beyond tips and give you practical exercises to strengthen your resiliency. They can be done anywhere, anytime.

Health care providers and family care partners told us they know they need to take good care of themselves, and they often don’t have much time. Our resiliency activities can be done in as little as 60 seconds, seriously! However, like learning any new skill, the more you practice resiliency the better you’ll get.
